3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Site or submit information through it.

4. Communications Consent

Program description: Obsidian Real Estate Investments LLC sends text messages to individuals who submit a property inquiry through this Site or who otherwise provide express written consent. Messages relate to your property inquiry, offer status, scheduling, and transaction updates.

• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Obsidian REI does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
